| DRAWING PERIOD. Drawing is offered by 50PlusDeals.com (“Sponsor”). Each Weekly Drawing will begin on a Friday at 3:01 PM EasternTime (“ET”) and end on the following Friday at 2:59 PM ET. Sponsor reserves the right at any time to discontinue or suspend the offering of Weekly Drawings; and in such event notice thereof will be posted atwww.50PlusDeals.com the “Website”). |
| ENTRY. To enter a Weekly Drawing, go to the Website, access the Registration Page and follow the directions to complete and submit the Registration Form. Once registered, you are free to enter each Weekly Drawing by accessing the Weekly Drawing Entry Page and entering and submitting your email address. There is a limit of one entry per person or email address per day for each Weekly Drawing. (A day begins at 3:01 PM ET and ends at 2:59 PM ET.) Entries will be deemed to be received upon receipt by Sponsor’s computer. Multiple entries on any one day from the same person or email address will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. All entries submitted become the property of the Sponsor. |
| ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S., age 18 or of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older. Employees, directors and officers of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and entities involved in the design and implementation of the Weekly Drawing and members of the immediate family (spouse and parents, siblings and children and their spouses) or of the household of such individuals are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. |
| PRIZES. One (1) prize of $100 will be awarded in each Weekly Drawing. Each prize will be awarded in the form of a check or Gift Card as determined by Sponsor. Taxes on prize and any expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified are the responsibility of the winner. No prize transfer. Gift Card, if awarded, is subject to terms of use, including any stated expiration date, promulgated by issuer. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each Weekly Drawing. |
| WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Winners will be selected in a random drawing held for each week from among all eligible entries received during the weekly drawing period. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or an agent at approximately 3:00 PM ET immediately following the close of the applicable weekly drawing period. Entries not selected in any weekly drawing will not be retained for subsequent weekly drawings. Winners will be notified by email and will receive the prize within approximately thirty (30) days of the drawing. Winners may be required to complete, sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release or produce other evidence of eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules, within a time to be stated in prize notification. If for any reason a prize notification or a prize is returned or rejected as undeliverable or any requested information, document or proof of eligibility is not timely returned, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. |
| GENERAL. By participating, participants agree (a) to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and its agents, which decisions shall be final in all respects; (b) to release and hold harmless, Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, agents, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers and employees from any and all liability, loss, injury or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Weekly Drawing and the acceptance and use of a prize; and (c) if a winner to the posting on the Website of the winner’s name and town and the use by Sponsor and its agents of name, town, voice and likeness/photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, permission or notice. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or modify any Weekly Drawing for any reason which may cause the administration, fairness or proper conduct of the Drawing to be affected or compromised. In such event, notice thereof will be posted on the Website and winners will be selected in a manner determined by Sponsor from eligible entries legitimately received prior to the event causing cancellation, termination or modification. Sponsor reserves right to modify these rules as they apply to future Weekly Prize Drawings. Noncompliance with these Official Rules by any individual may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any typographical or other errors or mistakes in the dissemination of sweepstakes advertising, promotional and related materials; or for any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operations, transmission or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind; or inaccurate trans mission of entry information or failure of Sponsor to receive, maintain or safeguard entry information for any reason; nor are they responsible for failure to contact a prize winner after reasonable effort or for late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries, email, mail or prizes. Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and any action, suit or proceeding shall be brought only in a federal or state court located in the County of New York. Except where prohibited by law, any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred but in no event attorney’s fees or costs; and under no circumstances will an individual be permitted to obtain awards for punitive, consequential or incidental damages; and participants waive any and all rights therefore and of any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. |
